Terms & Conditions

We operate a fair use policy and expect/hope that you treat or campervans as if they were your own.

Unfortunately, this is not always the case and accidents happen therefore we have to have the following Terms & Conditions to apply (sorry there are a few, although all in large text, no small print!)

In the event that that something goes wrong either accidental damage or accident we will do everything possible to help you, and minimise any cost that maybe passed to the hirer or incurred by ourselves.

Any minimal damage to the outside of our vans is accepted as ‘fair wear and tear’. For clarity this is classed as any isolated scratch/scuff that is under 50mm long that can be polished out (has not gone through to the base paintwork/metal work).

Where we have to refuel the campervan, we will only charge what we pay for the fuel, plus a £35 +VAT admin charge. Repairs conducted by Go Venture Vans are charged at £55 +VAT per whole hour.

Please read all of the following as hiring our deems that you have accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Thank you

Martin Goodlad, Chief Explorer, Go Venture Vans
